I've heard that it's bad to nap.. but why are all the things that are so "bad" for you so hard to resist?! Junk food is "bad" for you.. but why is it SO delicious?! So are you pro- napping? Whoever said nap is bad sure doesn't have any idea about health issues lol.. now, speaking seriously, the doctors recomends nap as a healthy habit to relief your body from stress and specialty for those who work to much and sleep less during the night. Nap is also beneficial for young people to practice while it helps for their growth and having a fresh brain function. Of course that for those people with an inactive life nap is useless, but nap time itself is a healthy practice to keep you fresh.
